Preorders and custom products may require additional time; estimated timelines will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship through trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx or similar).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
For oversized products (e.g., roof tents, camper modules), additional freight charges may apply.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes 5–10 business days after shipment. Remote or rural areas may take longer.
Cyber Campers does not guarantee delivery dates but will provide tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipping

Currently, Cyber Campers ships within the United States only.
International shipping may become available in the future and will be updated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Cyber Campers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
