Welcome to Cyber Campers! By placing an order or making a deposit, you agree to the following Terms. We’ve kept them simple and clear, while still legally sound.

1. General

Cyber Campers LLC (“Cyber Campers”, “we”) is an independent company and is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. Purchasing our products does not include a Tesla vehicle.
You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident. If you place an order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

2. Preorders & Deposits

A preorder (Preorder) is a deposit toward a future purchase.
Deposits are applied to the final purchase price.
Final payment, taxes, and shipping must be completed before delivery.
Some products are refundable, others are not (see our Refund Policy).
Cyber Campers reserves the right to update pricing, product features, and delivery timelines.

3. Orders & Payments

By submitting an order, you agree to pay the full amount due, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees. We accept the payment methods listed on our website. Cyber Campers reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We make every effort to meet delivery estimates, but dates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is shipped.

5. Refunds & Returns

Accessories may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.
Custom products and upgrades (e.g., lighting, vinyl wraps, storage modules) are final sale and non-refundable.

6. Product Use

You agree to use Cyber Campers products responsibly, in compliance with local laws, and according to provided instructions. Cyber Campers is not responsible for injuries, damages, or misuse.

7. Warranty

Cyber Campers provides a limited 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidents
Normal wear and tear
Environmental factors (e.g., extreme weather, flooding, fire)
Modifications or repairs not authorized by Cyber Campers
If a covered defect is confirmed, Cyber Campers will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. Liability is limited to the original purchase price.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, and website content are the intellectual property of Cyber Campers and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Changes to Terms

Cyber Campers may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use our products, you accept any changes.
