Limited 12-Month Warranty

Cyber Campers provides a limited 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

What is Covered

Defects in manufacturing or materials

Structural failures of the product under normal use

Hardware and components provided by Cyber Campers

What is Not Covered

Damage caused by improper installation or misuse

Accidents, collisions, or external impacts

Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, fabric wear)

Damage from extreme weather (storms, floods, fire, etc.)

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Warranty Claim Process

Our team will review the claim and may request additional details.

If the claim is approved, Cyber Campers will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

Limitations

Liability is limited to the original purchase price.

Shipping costs for warranty claims may be the customer’s responsibility.

Cyber Campers is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
